Where do people get those ingredients for making the rings such as the buffalo horn. I have 1 enchanted scroll with me. How am i suppose to get the other ingredients to make a ring without buying them for people o.0

You hunt for items called Miwok artifacts dropped from monsters , once you get one you talk to toh relicseeker (hes near kopee relicseeker) and you give him both the miwok artifact and the enchanted scroll sometimes you might get other items.

What the person above said, you gotta get one scroll for each artifact, and it might not be an artifact but another item. I've heard you can get scrolls and ele wands from the artifacts

Yes what he said, and if you only have 1 scroll then you will HAVE to buy them from people, unless want to buy more NX.
