LOL im falsely banend?

wow, just logged in today and found out i was banned for illegal charge/nx fraud? wtf? i use my own paypal name with my own credit cards with my own address. So why was i perma banned for fraud? i dont understand. And of course the cards i use to charge nx is my own, so why are they calling it fraud? Checked my paypal statement and found out that 30.00 has been reversed due to the fact that i guess my check didnt clear and the funds i had were insufficient to charge nx with, so nexon had to refund the money... But still, that doesn't condone a ban, and if my funds were sufficient then WHY THE HELL would the transaction for 30k nx be completed in the FIRST PLACE? So not only do i lose 30 bucks, but my account as well. and now they're calling it fraud, its not like anyone reported a stolen Visa card, cause that card belongs to me! and im the one that used it! DUH! wow, has anyone ever had a similar experience? how do i go about fixing this stupid problem? thanks EDIT: sorry title was a typo. Im just so darn mad!

I got banned for that reason before but that was cause I didn't pay for the bills accidentally lmaos. And how did you lose 30 bucks if it was reversed...?

If you charge 2 different Maplestory accounts with the same Paypal account, then they ban you.

Well maybe they changed up the rules because i know friends that used same credit cards on different accounts and never got banned lately Nexon is banning everyone for alot of dumb reasons and there are new gms could be anyone and u can never tell if there a real gm or not

im not sure but this is dumb, i didnt do anything wrong, do you think nexon would help me out? i submitted a ticket asking politely that if they wanted, i can submit proof and ownership of my visa cards and paypal. So i dont know what to do now... =[

I'm not quite sure what you mean happened here. If you buy NX with paypal and then it gets reversed(in other words Paypal won't pay with imaginary money), they permaban you for NX fraud. Edit: Charge back! That's the word I was looking for! Automatic permaban right there.

its your own fault for having insufficient funds in the first place. Nexon makes a big deal about charge backs and such is why you got banned.

Nexon makes a big deal about charge backs and such is why you got banned. ok first of all, the transaction went through as processed so they got their money. my bank was charged so basically they got the money and my bank paid for it already. i find no reason to have my account be insufficient in the first place seeing as how nexon got their money. if it was insufficient, then the payment shouldnt have went through. but anyways, my check finally cleared and i can reverse the refund back to nexon and see if they can unban me because i have never heard of anyone being banned for insufficient funds. usually nexon keeps that money unless theres a report that the card/paypal account has been stolen and of course everything's under my name. So im guessing this is a false ban. just hoping nexon can realize the mistake and give me my account back already.
