i havent really found a guide and wondering whats a good spot to train for lvls 36-40 and dont say cpq as my internet is messed up right now and disconnects at random times thanks

Everyone's internet is disconnecting at random times. Mine never has, and now with the increased traffic because of CK, I randomly d/c too. But, CPQ is still your best place to train.

i trained and am still training in the mini dungeon in sleepywood, the one that heads to FoG. I started training there at 32, i went through mp pots pretty fast but there are lots of plateforms to keep you out of harms way. I have trained there from 32-45 (present), its pretty good exp but it will pay to be semi funded. Just a suggestion you could also do truckers in signapore, but for both places i would recommend having at least lvl 5 wind breaker.
