How do you transfer the Zakum Helm?

So...If I'm trying to transfer my zakum helm from one char to another, will scissoring it allow it to be put it in the storage? On a normal basis, the zakum helm cannot be stored, but if i scissor it, will that change? If it will not, is there any method in which I can transfer the helm across chars?

Where it says Friends Online, in that bar is a search option. What you do is type in keywords and basil will SEARCH it, who would've thought. Then you click results, then get results.
