Being a 4th Job Mage blows

I recently turned bishop, and have been training on harps, but it's just so boring grinding alone. It was fun fniding a newt party and having conversations and company but now it's just plain eery being alone in a map spamming genesis. Yea the exp will be faster than most other classes but, I gotten to the point where I am leeching for free now for company. Any other mages have this problem?

Get a nice talkative BL/guild, get something to do while training? And also. IMO ultimate spamming is like hacking; plain boring , attack, pot, attack, pot, attack, pot, attack, pot, so on.

Which is why I picked I.L. because they can use CL ID & Ifrit to kill stuff, even though it's far less efficient.

I agree, but no one wants me to join their newt party anymore, since I obtained genesis, and Dk's don't like the feeling of being an hb mule instead of an attacker at himes. (Hurts there pride so much XD) And that's a bishops only skill to level, so there's nothing else I can do? I have a talkative guild and buddy list, but its hard to spam heal talk spam heal talk without almost dying >.>

I also play guitar while playing MS most of the time, and while training I usually train 10', then go on basil, then train another 10', go on Basil . Hope that helps.

Make some Bishop/AM friends and train at Skeles until you can 2 Hit them. That's the best experience right there. I'm sure tons of Dark Knights would love to train with you lol or any other 4th job for that matter.
