I'm just starting to think about aquiring a Dragon Shinebow, but hidden street has no information on how to get it, and I've never seen one for sale. Help please?

You mean the lvl110 bow? You can obtain that from HT or upgrading it through Mos in Leafre. He requires the lvl100 bow and some items i think. Or maker quest.
