The Cygnus Hall of Fame is full. Can't say they all leeched, but I know a lot of them did.

This is ridiculous, all the people that try their best, and put some effort in their character should recieve those spots, not leechers/hackers, and I'm sure 99% of the people in there leeched/hacked. The lvl120 quests aren't even completeable yet, why couldn't Nexon wait with opening the Hall until people defeated the Black Witch?
