Well I haven't played in ages and I decided to come back to MS because my friends did, as I try to log in my password has changed. So I went to maplestories website and changed the password. Now I do not know the pin and I asked for a pin request 2 days ago and still no reply, and I forgot my secret question and answers so I couldn't fill in that part. What are my options? Is there a way to change my secret question? Posted this before but no on replyed so I copied and posted again...

Ok did you request a pin through the customer service or did you use the pin reset option where you select your main character?
