it ruins the economy

| Disclaimer: I admit I am not say an economist... But let's consider this scenario (^ /borrowed from another leech thread) A normal training Mapler #1 finds an item - and sells it to a merchant And then that merchant resells it for more money. The Merchant gets more and more money from scrolls and such that never go-to training And let's assume #1 just trains normally and puts money into the deflating NPCs for pots ----------------------------------------------------------- And now let's say the Merchant has so-much money he is willing to leech his characters. So he uses the money he earned from ripping off people like Mapler #1 to leech So all the accumulated money goes back into our free-market cycle. And only smaller and smaller portions go into potions - but instead to go to the players ----------------------------------------------------------- Also consider the staggering rise in higher level Maplers Causing stress on the items more and more high-levels "need" Which in turns causes glove attack price spikes/permanent scroll price increases And explains Attack PACs being 2~3x more in cost within weeks. ----------------------------------------------------------- This system is currently showing a progressive increase in prices Meaning merchants and NX buyers will always have money. But at the same time new players will gradually be left behind. But this is a theory at best Discuss PS: I understand our Fluctuating market - but prices don't just RISE for no reason |
