Where's the best place to Gachapon at?

So yeah, I'm still trying to figure out whats the best place to gach at. So far, all the good stuff you hear at gach are from Mushroom Shrine and NLC. and in your opinion, where should i go at? I am planning on using 35 gach tickets.

nlc all the way if you have that much tickets

With 35 tickets, go to NLC. Anything less, go to Mushroom Shrine

i don't think nlc is that good anymore i haven't seen a white scroll smega from nlc for a while now o.o

lol DONT GACH RIGHT NOW. do the gachapon box. if you used $35 you would get about 23 runs with the box event AND get a the chief chair, which would net you at least a 100m right there from the chair. and the gachapon box event has a higher chance of getting the good scrolls from regular gachapon.
