NX Charging Issue: "There was some error during Login"

... Image (photobucket). ^- Happens when I try to charge 5k, 10k, or even 30k. Tried with IE, FireFox, and Chrome... same errors. Tried with multiple accounts that weren't logged in. D: I can't figure out what's wrong.

This happens to me, however it hasn't just been happening since the cygnus patch. Its been happening for a long time. I dont understand it either.

I got that problem once. It fixed by redoing. I had that problem few months ago. It got fixed in a day of waiting. My friend had that problem and he fixed it by getting the same problem on different accounts. Different accounts just need to get the same problem and then his main was fixed. There was a friend though for who these didn't work.

No I wasn't logged IN GAME, but I was logged in at the website. D:

IT means your paypal account is suspected of fraud (I *DON'T* wanna hear "But i've never defrauded anyone"). There's nothing you can do, you may not use that nexon passport to charge nx.
