What do you mean by clicking a quest, By accepting one talking to the npc or clicking one in the quest log?

all qeusts. and i mean by talking to a npc/clicking the lightbulb above your head. weird no one ever had this :s

I think he means the job of the "buying stuff in the market to sell later" or something like that. The one that happens only once a week. And yeah, I had the same message when I try to close the freaking lightbulb and it stays on. It is annoying. I read somewhere here that it happens because of the internal clock in your computer.
