This egg WON'T grow

I got the CK Mount at 50. I didn't even have 1%. I've leveled to 51 and my egg doesn't have legs or arms or anything sticking out. Is there something wrong with my egg or is there some trick to growing it.

Everytime you log on, make sure you double click the egg in your inv so the window is out. First the egg cracks and legs pop out. Then the head pops out and go back to talk to the guy. It also costs 10mil
