Do Shadowers get a new DPM?

Sorry for such a rubbish question but since Boomerang Step upgraded to 1 second delay do they have an increase of DPM? Or was it always like that on the chart? (Counted as 1 sec)

Yes, they do have an increase in DPM

I think it used to be 2 second cooldown. If they reduced to 1 second cooldown I guess they will have better DPM.

idk about any charts but since the cooldown got reduced, my b-step and SB macro got significantly more powerful. also more b-stepping = more invincibility =3

The cooldown is actually around 1.4 seconds. I assume the charts will need to be changed.

I'm sorry, but I've been wondering, what is DPM? I would assume its Damage Per Minute, correct me if I'm wrong please?

It probably is .95 cooldown, but because of lag, you can't get the entire 63 per minute
