What is the cheapest horntail pendant i can get? (Scania)

I have 123 mil and wondering #1 if I can get a horntail pendant (clean) with that, or how much more i need. (I remember when they were 100m a couple weeks ago.) Please do not flame etc. for any purposes in this thread. Thank you. ~Bob

MoN > clean HT pendant, so you're better off getting an MoN which is a lot cheaper unless you're planning on scrolling it anytime soon.
