can i solo Typhons, so i can get my deputy star ? I am a lvl87 Priest with maxed SR.

You do only Lita's quests in nlc. No need feathers.. thats other quest.

The Typhon feathers are used for the Mark of Heroism, used to get past the JQ to Windraiders. It is NOT used for the Deputy Star quest. The Deputy Star quest required 30 Lucky Charms (from Leprechauns) 30 Soiled Rags (Elderwraiths) 1 Jack-o-Lantern (Headless Horseman) and 1 Bigfoot Toe (Bigfoot, obviously) to complete. Nowhere in that list is something from Typhons.
