I need some fast mesarz, and I have about 20knx so I should gach, anyone got any ideas? helpful tips? where good stuff gets poop'd out?

Mushroom Shrine if you want decent results. New Leaf City is very risky; there's a small chance that you can get good items such as White Scrolls, but another greater chance to get low-leveled equips and such. Since you have only 20k NX , I say go with Mushroom Shrine .
