Should I max Claw Mastery?

My claw mastery is lvl 19 right now. I dont know if i should max claw mastery because even if its level 20 my mastery is still 60%. It just gives me a 1% increase in accuracy. What do you guys think?

No, it doesn't give you 1% in accuracy, it gives you 1 accuracy.

well for me im a lvl 63 sin rite now and i maxed out my skills in this order mastery critical haste booster and im still working on my other ones(but this is just the way i did it)

On NightWalkers, it has accuracy increasing by a percent every level. Thats what it is on mine.

So if i dont need the 1 acc i can just keep it at 19 cus my mastery stays the same?
