Im an unfunded wind archer level 39 and I hit 4k a couple times today...is that good?

Well, seeing how I started with nothing except level 7 Blessing and a 4 attack work glove... I went low STR. I'm level 49 and do 4k total with a Cider...rarely. So honestly, I'm not so sure you're telling the truth. [PS: I hate it when people say 'Is this good?' knowing that their damage is already good and they're just showing off.]

its the truth im using the tube, my range goes from low 300s to about 530s i have 4 blessing storm break at level 8 i believe(it does 100% damage)so i get 500+ damage and crit with all of them and its 4k...i dont lie

Just becasue he looks unfunded and may not be wearing the best gear doesnt make it impossible to have great damage. He could have a nicely scrolled top/bottom combo. who knows maybe his glove was scrolled, if he's lieing how does that affect you, it just affects him if he's lieing. @ TS thats really good damage imo. Are you sure you werent using an attack pot?
