Which skill is recommended to max for the Wind Archer? Storm or Focus?

From what ive seen storm sucks.. hear maxed storm pops not even 1K @ 120.... soooo that being said the 20 Avoid from Focus will better serve you in your travels.

Still I'd rather do 1k more damage than a monster miss me once more every 5 minutes (just randomly made that up but they won't miss on me much)

I did focus for the extra accuracy and avoidability. I don't see a difference in avoidability since I avoid about 50% of the monsters i run through or attacks. As for accuracy it's helped me alot. After maxing everything I've been left with storm and the points at 3. I don't see a point in storm, I use it to push back monsters before I got to level 30. Go with focus it's more useful because you'll get your own mob skills.

They're both pretty pointless, but I think the focus will help more in the long run, since the damage it does is so small, it probably won't even help you kill much faster. Although the accuracy is absolutely pointless and 20 avoid doesn't do that much either, it's still slightly better in my opinion

They'll both get maxed in the end anyways if you go with 1 point in strafe and FA-less. I say Storm because the the extra damage in the beginning is a huge help. They can hold off mobs from behind as well.

I took some focus for CPQ reasons..Even at low levels, You probably wouldn't miss on robos with avoid up.

I'm glad I chose the storm build. It provides me with 20 weapon and magic def and slightly kicks back monsters when they get close to me.

I thought they didn't bother with the DEF and M.DEF buff for Sprites... Anyways, Focus is useless, what are all you n00bs talking about? Bow class main stat is DEX, do you first time archers (from the looks of it...) realize how much accuracy they get, its actually too much and theirs no real gain. The only way they ever miss is if the level between them and the target is too far. The additional avoid is pointless as DEX doesn't add as much avoid as LUK, so you wont see a huge improvement if any at all when it comes to getting hit. Take this from someone who maxed this on an adventurer before, its has no use it just look pretty. Storm, although weak has it uses especially in 1st and 2nd since you have no mob skill in 1st and its pretty easy to get overwhelmed and have to flee or reposition yourself. Storm helps in situations like this, which happen frequently while grinding and PQing. It also comes in handy during 2nd as a nice bonus when spamming Wind Break which should be Lv 1 or slightly higher in any build for a while. Damage is not too good with this skill at Lv 1 even with my nice equips the lack of mastery in the beginning coupled with bows unstable damage just isn't enough, so having Storm adding a bit more damage really does come in handy for mob control or a nice MP free finish.

focus is ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS. Bowman are based off dex, and wind archers have 1 more stat they gain per level to build off that. Avoid is also pointless for a wind archer because we have a beautiful skill called WIND WALK, which is basically like Dark Site.

If you could cancel storm any time of your own choosing i would favour it over focus but u cant so i favour focus for this reason becos i dont wanna aggro all monsters
