What are the best worlds?

Right now I'm in windia, not too fond of it actually.... there are alot of young kids, ranging from age 6-10 mainly, and not enough brain capacity to complete a single PQ, or comprehend the basics of how a trade functions. Anyways, I used to play Bera and there is an older population.... I am taking opinions on the best worlds, excluding windia.

I prefer Electrode over Zapdos actually, the Spe.Speed and defense he has makes up for the rest.
