i got bored and tried a 10% scroll on a stolen fence only to have it work.... -_- so im wondering how much its worth +2 STR 3 Wep. ATT 5 Wep. Def 6 Slot

still it pissed me off that it worked on a stolen fence... when a 30% blew up my maple shield like 1 week ago....
