http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/9905/24661435.jpg (imageshack) I filed a ticket complaining about why so many people got banned. I myself, did not get banned , and I made it clear in my ticket. But they just sent me some automated one saying "you ban appeal has been denied", even though that wasn't at all the point of my ticket =/ As for the reason people are getting banned; "trading with a player who illegally obtained mesos and/or purchasing mesos from a "gold farming" or meso selling website.", that's just ridiculous. How are we supposed to know where the people we trade get thier mesos :X I mean, it's not like we're going to crossexamine everybody we trade. It just basically made merchanting illegal. And just because I know some people are going to say this.; "Well, you can't expect Nexon to carefully read every ticket they get sent." Well, it's just all part of customer service. You have to admit it's kind of irritating to get so completely ignored.

im pretty sure a bot screens all those tickets since so many people are being banned, so try logging a unique ticket and it might be answered by a GM

Tell me .... If you received thousands of tickets about the same thing, a majority of them probably filled with insults and bad grammar, would you actually sit there and spend your time reading each and every one?

They told my wrongly banned friend he wasn't getting unbanned. F3 ... Who was in the group of the other like 1000 people who got banned wrongly.
