Making Reverse/Timeless on Maker

From what I've seen, people can make Reverse and Timeless weapons and armors on the Maker skill. Right now I have my Maker skill at 3 but I still can't make the Reverse and Timeless stuff. Can someone tell me the requirements to make them? Do you need a certain paper like with the ETC. items in order to make them? Do you need to be level 120+? I'd really appreciate it if I can get some info on how this is done. 0:

Timeless weapons you need to kill Pink Bean and get a drop from him =( Reverse weapons, you need to be within 5 lvls of them. So 115 min.

I remember reading that you were supposed to be 5 levels before the armor level requirement, so you need to be at least 115 to make level 120 armor.

Guys. Timeless weapons require these ETC items ONLY from pink bean. Okay. You can make reverse at level 115.

you make make weapons at or below (5+your_lvl). The wording may be confusing, but to make a reverse weapon(lvl 120) you would need to be at least lvl 115.

MisterBernie : Guys. Timeless weapons require these ETC items ONLY from pink bean. Okay. You can make reverse at level 115. Yes. You can see timeless and reverse weapons at 115+. To actually make timeless weapons you need the PB etc drop. But you can still see them at 115+.
