Depends on what you think is effective funding. I think Snipers and White Knights have the cheapest equips of all jobs in EMS.

Snipers are Crossbowmen right? In that case it's very, very cheap. Att WGs cost about nothing now, DEX capes deflated, and x-bows cost about nothing. If you were talking about regular Bowmen: they are still kinda cheap, though bows are more expensive than x-bows.

the only problem with xbowmen would be that decent scrolled higher level xbows are very hard to find - you could scroll them yourself, but there aren't as many scrolls available, though they're very cheap (same problem with BW Pages/Knights - cheap but hard-to-equip class)

if you want WG�s you can get 8/10 atk for only 50M max... Also x-bow is mega cheap in EMS. You can make it without a WG with only 30M

10att WGs are around 35mil, and crossbows are just way too cheap, but like DZsini said the lv70+ bows might be hard to find scrolled.

the prices of wg whit att are inflated in bera! the 60% scroll for gloves att cost like 9mil-13mil now and the 100% and 10% are like 3mil-6mil :O
