Ive finnished the first bit and have the skill, but now im trying to do the advanced quest(you have to make a lvl 1 intermediate monster crystal) and he keeps telling me its "ludicrous"" how many do you have to make before he says its any good o_O Edit: The crystals i've made WERE intermediate lvl 1 and i have made 2 of them so far but they still diddn't work

You have to have an acutal intermediate monster crystal. It'll say intermediate monstery crystal. Not Advanced, Basic or anything else

You have to keep making it until you get it right. Luckily, I got it my first try.

Just make a bunch and try them all out I failed the first time because I bought it, second time he rejected it anyways.

It took me 3 before he accepted it. Buying it doesn't matter cuz I bought all 3.

its random. eventually he'll accept your crystal.

I used the drops from homunculus , that worked for me, try that.

you could get a equip around your lvl and disassemble it wich still counts as making a monster crystal
