GMS in Malaysia if I already have a GMS account?

Im American and im on vacation in malaysia, Kulala Limpuar. Im currently dowloading GMS, will it work in malaysia? if not how could i make a msea account? Thanx

Idk, get a proxy so it thinks ur connecting to the internet from North America. Ur gonna have to do something like that probably but im no hacker.

It says that you are allowed if you already have an account, but it still doesn't let you on the game.
