Snipers and the Thrust Predicament

So, my darling Basilers. I have come to you with a question. Do snipers get to max Thrust as well? Or is that just us lucky rangers? :D Because they have to max blizzard, leaving them with a lack of SP... you know. Just thought I'd ask.

I believe they keep Blizzard at 21 for the 6 mob freeze /time effect o.O

we don't max blizzard, we keep it at 21. you can choose how to allocate your points between eagle and thrust, but make sure you have at least 15 eagle. a suggestion is max strafe, max AE, max puppet, max MB, 21 blizz, 20 eagle and 10 thrust. 10 thrust should allow you to achieve max speed with equips and speed pills.

10 Thrust + Reverse Weapon + MoN + speed pill if needed + shoes for jump + quest specilalist medal for more jump = win. also haste = win but its cooler with equips
