I'm not sure what a rollback is but I don't really care about deleveling. I heard that you can lose items? How? Does this mean that when you level down, your equips of that level get deleted? Because I'm terrified for my zhelm and depstar/PAC...

So there was a server crash how long ago? And I didn't lvl in the past 1 hour. Or even 1 month. And I hevent even been near my comp for 3+ hours. Am I safe?

A rollback means that the server is set back to a certain amount of time. So let's say the server rolled back an hour, you'd lose everything you gained in that hour before the server crashed. You won't lose items unless you got it right before a server crash.
