Perm CPQ and LMPQ Thunder Breaker skill build help

I was wondering what would be the best way to go for a dexless/lowdex TB which I plan to stop at 50. This is my build so far, Level 30: Max HP Increase (1) Level 31-33: Max HP Increase (9) Level 34 Energry Charge (2) Cockscrew Blow (1) Level 35-37: Mastery (5); Booster (1) Level 38-39: Booster (5); Mastery (7) Level 40: Mastery (9) Energy Blast (1) Level 41-43: Mastery (17) Energy Charge (3) Level 44 Master (19) Energy Charge (4) Level 45-47 Thunder Charge (6) -Match with Booster Time Level 48-50- ? Is there a better build? Suggestions would be helpful, I don't really know what Corkscrew build does, as it seems like a mob "gatherer" to me.

you wont need hp increses so just max mastery to 19 then charge boster to 6 i dont kno all the moves but also max cork screw and it will be good any left over tell me but u wont need mastery i mean hp increse

NOOO u do max hp dont max corkscrew either do energy charge or mastery if u max energy charge, max energy blast next after blast u can either put 11 corkscrew or start mastery after the 1 u got to the certain lvl- 5 mastery or 11 corkscrew the other skill i advise 5 mastery den 6 booster over 11 corkscrew next i would put 11 corkscrew afterwards get 19 mastery n max booster lastly put lightining charge if u do mastery get it to 5 den do 6 booster afta 6 booster continue mastery to 19, afterwards max booster so you can get speed infusion/wind booster next get 11 corkscrew after 11 corkscrew do charge max n blast max lastly max lighting charge
