Need Bigger Screen

Hey, I'm using a laptop and when I play maplestory it runs fine, but the only problem is that the screen is small. It's about 1/4 of the screen in the middle. The rest of the screen around it is black. I used to play Maplestory a year ago and it was fine; the whole screen was taken up. Now that I'm playing again, the screen is small. Anyone wanna help me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

O.O never heard of this, try reinstalling ms, or changing your resalution(spellcheck) EDIT: there is a .exe in ur ms folder, its either patcher or setup :]

I had that problem, go to your computer settings and change the screen resolution, It happens with vista mostly

setup.exe in the maplestory folder. It will fix this.

I heard that you have to change your screen resolution on your computer.

Can someone give me a step by step process to fix this? I'm not good with computers. :P I tried double-clicking setup and it asks if i can see the game clearly, and i pressed Yes. because I can see clearly but the screen is just small. I click it and it's still the same.

This laptop used to be a windows Vista when I bought it but because i got a virus, my hard drive was resetted and now it's XP.

You gotta right click on your desktop and click Personalize, then go to your display settings and change the resolution

No no no no... not for my normal screen. It's only like how I described in my thread, when I'm playing MS. I double click MapleStory and then the title screen and the screen while i play is Small and smack dab in the middle of the screen. There's also a black area around the Maplestory screen. How do i fix this?

Open up setup.exe, and say you can't see the screen clearly. It'll tell you what to do after.
