Remaking a Cygnus Knight?

I made a Cygnus Knight for my parent account, but I don't like it's name. Can I delete it and make a new Cygnus for the same parent account? Will that parent account still get the blessing (which is basically the only reason for me to make the Cygnus)?

If you're just making Cygnus for the buff, just wait. the new creation method brings a new method of giving the skill to all your characters. All of your characters (Cyg or not) will get the buff based on your highest level character (the highest level character will get the buff from the second highest level character). So just wait a month or so.
