Hacked, but how?

Ok, so I tried to log into my spearman that just recently bought a zhelm, and when I logged in, my pin number had been changed and I was wearing my zhelm the last time I logged in, and to make sure someone did not hack me, I searched my char on rankings and he was wearing the reciever hat, to make sure I wouldn't get hacked again, I changed my password, and when I attempted to change my pin number, I discovered that hotmaiil deleted my email adress that I used. Because I hadn't used it in years, ( I tried to get my pw back for my email ) I'm thinking FML right now, but how could someone hack me without my acc info at all? Please help and give me tips on what I should do, I shouldn't have a y keyloggers in my computer. But since Im worried that this will happen again, I'm typing this on my iPod touch, please help!

If you know what the e-mail is called and the PW for it Just make a new one with the same ID as it. If you had kd82mj@hotmail.com for your e-mail and it deleted, then just make it again. o_O (The e-mail was just random letters) You should get the info about the pin reset if you try to do it.

The only way I could think of a way of retrieving your account is if NEXON intervened which .. seems .. very unlikely. Sorry.

Make your password something unguessable "g342cjw12". It's hard to keylog that. My only suggestion if you don';t have the e-mail is a legit INPAY RACKERCAY. But good luck finding one of those. If you find one that works, you have the pin, and then you can change it in game with out needing the e-mail. Many of them are key loggers though, so becareful and scan. You can try logging a ticket... Edit The thing that anubissin666 said may work. The one about making the e-mail with exactly the samename

OT: Uhm, the only possible way to get yourself hacked is to give out your information, use a common password "dragon", or some kind of keylogger. There's lots of programs that let people search through Nexon's database and find out your id and password. You might've used one and not know it. If you gave your information to a zhelm runner, then he's mostly the person to hack you.

Thanks a billion! I got my account up and running again , the only thing he did was delete my buddy list and my guild, but he didn't take nothing, and added a guy named ownegeonduty to my gl, I'm assuming he was the hacker and attempted to take my stuff later on.

So when you type g342cjw12 it copies g342cjw12 and sends it to the hacker. Then the hacker presses CTRL+C like I just did, and when he presses CTRL+V it does this: g342cjw12 g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12g342cjw12.... like that. Easy peasy.

You either had a keylogger or gave away your info. Make sure you have virus and spyware protection on your computer. There are plenty of free ones that you can get that I won't list here.
