I need help on the cygnus misson in Sleepywood

Hi, I already talked to the remember and the item creator in sleepywood for hints, and I talked to the person next to the item creator for the hint I am currently stuck on. He said something about going into the cave of evil eye, so I went there. Eventually around cave 2 or 3 I found a suspicious stump tree, I tried going inside but it wouldn't let me, it said I should just collect more info. But from whom? Everyone else in sleepywood I've talked to. Even the statue.

Oh I see now, Thanks. Crap, darn my noobness. Does anyone remember the password? As soon as neinhart told me i thought it was "Francis the Puppeteer" but it didn't work. He says he needs the symbols and everything.
