I know most people will just answer " Make which ever character you enjoy", But I'm looking for a more profound answer. As you can see, I've already have a mage and Im getting kind of bored of it. So what should my next character be? Should I make a bowman or crossbowman? Or should I make a Fighter? Now I've also seen Cygnus Knights. Im wondering if I should just make a Dawn Warrior or Wind Archer as a replacement for a bowman or Hero. I know that I probably wont make it past level 120....So a Cygnus Knight might fit the bill I'm looking for. Im seeking a class that will be fun, but will be able to dish out damage, (at least stronger then what my mage can output). Also leveling has to be at least decent. Please and Thank You.

There's a reason why people say "play what you enjoy most" because diffrent people enjoy diffrent stuff, I belive hitler was really satisfied slaughtering jews but you don't want his opinion do you? Personally I wouldn't enjoy a warrior but hi look at the poll Fighter is first SO LETS MAKE A FIGHTER, if you at least would have add some of your personallities some stuff that you enjoy I would have somehow understand but even that you didn't do Now, see what you prefer, look at the skills, look at the damage search up videos. And I personally always prefered having 2 mains at the same time so take that in considiration.

if you are going to make a fighter or bowman go for their cygnus knight verision, they will be more pwerful in the earlier lvls. i say dawn warrior as they seem the most powerfu. although they could cost u more coz of their popularity

Night Walkers are only good if your going dexless, with no funds. That way with g@y stars, you still deal some decent damage. Night Walkers are good regular built, with good stars. Archers are ranged but they're damage hops around too much. Same with GunSlingers. Fighters are close ranged and deal some decent damage, but if your going to be something with Swords, might as well choose CK Dawn Warriors. They deal a bunch more damage but that's only fun if you think it is. I personally, chose Brawlers. Considering I've always liked close ranged + knuckles. That's why I chose to make a Thunder Breaker after my recent Brawler. EDIT : Since you like leveling pretty quickly, I'd suggest choosing any class from CK. They are like the regular jobs except with more extensions. [6 AP + Blessing of the Sprite] Which will help you level easily.

How should we know what you're going to like? Look up some videos, do your own work. If we tell you what class to make, there's a 91% chance you'll be back here in a few weeks complaining again.

I suggest a dawn warrior. Leveling Its fast. The faster the more fun. I am usually a slowpoke when it comes to leveling but I made level 30 on my cygnus in 3 days. If you need help I can tell you where to train to level as fast as I did. Also, the max level is 120, if you wanna go far but also gain a sense of accomplishment this is the way to go. You might not be able to go to HT and PB but who cares? You can do like EVERYTHING else. Plus, by reaching 120 gives you a chance to travel around and do things for fun and not so much to level and grind on monsters for hour after hour. Skills Also, I am enjoying my cygnus dawn warrior even though he is only level 3x! I got FJ and although I can not use it as frequent as hermits or NL's probably can, its just one of the small things to enjoy. Plus, you get all these skills earlier! You get Adv combo and brandish at 3rd job! You might think "What is this noob thinking? I can only go to 120 and the skills will not be as strong!" Who cares? WHO CARES? Just because a few skills might only go up to like 20 SP does not mean they are useless. Plus, you can make up for that attack through money. Time Consumption Getting to level 200 is stupid IMO. "Congrats to Blabla for making it to level 200" and "CONGRATZ" followed by a bunch of @'s by ur friends. But it must have taken you a TON of time. Cygnus knights were meant for people to have fun earlier. Less time for more fun. If this is your farthest character then cygnus dawn warrior is the way to go IMO. Or even any cygnus! Maplestory is meant for fun and do not beat yourself up if someone calls you a noob for having a cygnus knight for a main, think of how much time or mesos they will have to spend to be better than you. And once again, this is just a game so that should not be a punch to the gut. Cygnus FTW! ~Ruzuke
