How do i get that pink flower tube for lvl 30 and if its a quest plz tell me WHERE to get it

Chumji's Watermelon quest. Get 5 Watermelons Then go to agent headquarters through agent E

1) Start the Maple Admin's quest 2) Tell her to take you to the watermelon field 3) Avoid the Hoguls, get to the top, attack the watermelon, loot it, and talk to Agent W (will appear after getting watermelon) in 3 minutes. 4) Repeat 2 and 3 five times. 5) Talk to Agent E and make her take you to the HQ. 6) Talk to Agent W.
