How big of a pot burner are Typhoons?

So i ahve been reading mutiple guides and i read that Typhoons give very good exp/hr but are a huge pot burner. Exactly how big of a pot burner are they? how much pots did you use and how much did it cost

I prefer gobies. You waste less money, and most channels are empty. The exp is not as good as typhons, but it's better than most training maps. =

Gobies are barely, if even better exp than squids if you know what you're doing at squids. Gobies aren't as good for rangers pot wise cause we cant freeze bone fish. To TS, Typhons don't really as many pots as you'd think; not enough for me to pay attention at least. maybe 300 pops/hr? not too much all and all.

Idk what lvl you were using 300, but that would not be @ around lvl 75, you'll be needing so much hits to kill one typhon, that you'll get hit a lot.

For a little over 2 hours, I used 700 Barbs and 350 Pizzas. That comes out to around 1.5 mil. No Z-Helm though.

Their touch damage is really small, and you can touch the little spikes on the floor to only take eight damage, but I don't know what I'm talking about.

Typhoons are a pot burner if they start mobbing on you(which they will) and keep doing 500 damage about every 5 seconds, or you can use the thron for 8 damage every few secconds, bassically it is a pot burner, but awesome exp~

^ Thats quite cheap, since i hear people use like 500 barbs per hour. Were you on 4x exp or something? I'm starting to train there too, and the pot cost is pretty bad, since its 1.5m per hour and getting 60% an hour ( yay ) to get from 80-100, I will use around 60m. I only train there when my 2x card is on and something only with 4x exp, since it saves pots immensly.

Gobbies can get you 40% an hr easy with your 2x card and actually make you a profit. If you're lucky you might get a chaos scroll from bonefish, and also claw attk scrolls and overall dex scrolls.
