Making a lowdex NW?

Hey guys, I'm making a lowdex Nightwalker, and I was gonna buy some equis for him, but I don't know how much it will cost. He has 60 base dex (If he makes it to lvl.90, I will raise it to 70). I want to stay in a 50M range. I want to buy: 13dex/15dex suana 5dex/7dex BSS 5dex/7dex earrings (please tell which type) 5dex/7dex hat (Not sure which one. Maybe I'll just scroll a green bamboo hat for this). I'm really not sure about the price of the items, so could somebody tell me how much they cost? And if the total cost goes over 50M, which items I should buy and which I shouldn't? Additions are welcome. Thanks in advance. :D

Zakum Helmet plays a large role in support of Low DEX. I strongly suggest you get it, it's a free 15 DEX.

I was gonna get a Zhelm at level 60. By then, I would have about another 30M for it. My fried says a 15 dex suana is 10M-15M. Is that right? I forgot to mention, it is lvl.37 and rising fast. It'll probably be lvl.43 by the end of today. Prices plox. :D

I want to go lowdex. Please just give me the prices. Also, if anyone is selling one of these items, I will buy since I'm having trobule finding them.
