Can't do some quests?

I was on my wind archer and it seems that some quests (eg. jane and the wild boar, mr wetbottoms secret book) are not available. Is this a glitch or was it meant to be like this? cause those are some of the quests i want to do.

I'm not sure but I think there are some "adventurers" exlusive quest
