Each egg adds 15, and if you karma a 52 stat pendent 2 times, yes, 82 stat is possible.

Sad thing is, You cannot scroll it more then once at the moment.

Nexon took out the final two eggs so having a pendant egged once is all you can hope for. HOWEVER there's the method to hammer a pendant twice , and SoKing/trading it AFTER the first egg has been applied for a 52 stat pendant.

There was a 52 all stats HT pendant sold for 1.4b in a store 2 days ago, and I saw another one at max mesos yesterday.
