How to make an avatar for a MSEA player?

Hello people :D I'm really puzzled on how I should submit my avatar. As MSEA removed their rankings, I couldn't submit my avatar. Do I need to take a ss? I have an SS but I can't post it due to the rule of FB+10 ( Dangit why are there so little Delphinus players here -.-) Or do I need to make the avatar in BannedStory? Can someone pleaseeee help me. I hate being grey. You know what I mean -.- It would certainly be of great help if you could help me make my avatar while I submit the SS to you. Thanks in advance. (:

This might help. It's a program that is made for creating/playing around by dressing up your own Maplestory Characters.

still. the gray guy needs help. there is no GIF image in the bannedstroy's stimulator, and the maximum is 77x78. some1 please help me ^^. and must we submit with the margins?

Remember these images have to fit just what the guide has told you which can be read in your BasilID. If you find yourself some difficulties with that, you just ask me.

you can always save it as a JPG or w/e file extension, open it in paint, and resave as a gif.
