Wow my ticket about hackers in MPQ

Dear Nexon, I am a long time member of the game "Maplestory" and up until now I have had few complaints. Today, the line in which I would tolerate in regards to your controlling hackers was broken. My complait is for what follows : For the past few days I was training and grinding with 2x / 4 x exp to become level 70. I achieved my goal, and wanted to take a break by pqing. I had heard of people on forums like basilmarket.com that there was a new hack that people of low level could just go into your actual pq and leech off exp. I did not believe this and I decided to try it out. I was, in my disbelief to find thaf the rumours were true , and for the 2 times I got in, there were hackers there. Now why is it fair that I work my butt off to level and these people who had proably leeched these hacks off other people should level faster then me ? On top of that I will no longer PQ because I wont let these leechers steal my exp. Now, I know there have been hackers in the past and they would vac / have god mode on. But this, .... this is worse. The hackers I dealt with are rude and told me to get the **** out and just let them leech. They said your only doing this for them. On top of all that, they kicked me out of the pq and i wasent able to get exp for my work. I do have a screenshot of this but I do not no how to submit it. I am just getting back into Maplestory again, please don't make me quit again. This hack has been out since .72 and I dont see how you could so ignore this. You have patched hacks in the past, now I urge you to do it for this. The names of the offenders are : CherriosxD, Defux and jawbreaker65 They are wreaking the community of maple, and I hope you will take action against them and fix this. This is dumb and I really hope they are stopped.....im glad i got my horus on my priest before this happened

Your ticket is too big, it should be a little smaller, and you should state mainly the hackers part.

I filed a ticket and their response was basically "NX FRAUD!". So I filed another and they said "ILLEGAL SHARING!". I filed another and the account was blocked out of the website entirely. This is how I lost my first lukless F/P. You seriously think they take things into consideration? >.>

You can only go so long with a thousand slime's flying around hitting your face (vac) inside of a freaking tree before you realize that how mad you actually are. :
