I loaded my character, the video started and then asked if i wanted to make CK and i declined, will i be able to make one later with that character?

Yeah, but you have to go to Ereve by yourself to do it. Saying 'accept' after the trailer basically tele's you there for freee from wherever you may be.

Yes, just go to Evere (if that's how you spell it) through Ellinia. The ship is on the top left corner of Ellinia.
