Dawn Warrior: I'm Stumped

Well now being a Dawn Warrior its very fun and all BUT....i'm stumped whether to switch from 2h swords to 1h swords with a shield. Personally i like both brandish animations, but i think 2-handed looks cool, but 1h are faster, and since i had an outlaw im used to fast. I originally planned to be 2 handed and i have a 82 attack 8 str 2 dex Japanese Map and a 97 att 10 str (something) avoid rohen. I don't know what to do, should i sell those and get one-handed stuff and shieds? Or should i stick with two-handed? Thanks xD Btw: If you say to go ONe-handed and shield please give advice on how to get decent shield and one-handed sword. i currently only got 61 mil sadly, and i don't know how my basil auctions are going to turn out yet. So suggestions!

get a decent att shield and possibly scroll your own 1handed sword...

hmm..how much does a shield cost? My friend has maple shield, i wanna see if i can borrow it

Go 1h if you can afford a good shield, 2h if you can't. Idk prices, but that's the basic rule of thumb. And you don't have to stick with one. You can use 2h until you've saved enough money for an att shield. The beauty of DWs is that Soul Blade, Sould Driver, and Brandish all operate with the same range, regardless of 1h/2h, so that obstacle is null. Overcoming the att deficit is the only concern.

Attack shields aren't cheap. Scrolling an attack shield isn't cheap. One handed sword scrolls are going up in price. Try to scroll your own? :D

its up to you though. if u like DAMAGE (like kill faster) then u should go two handed but if u like fast (less dmg but hit faster) u should go 1 h shield.
