isn't it supposed to be 220% at lvl 30 mine is 180 and I just maxed help

It's supposed to do 180% dmg at max. Because: 1. you just gave everyone on Basil proof 2. I maxed it as well, and it's 180% dmg.

It is 180%. The places that say its 220% are wrong.
