Mission In Sleepywood Help?

It is a Cygnus Knight quest, and I don't know what to do. It says.. "Neinheart told me he detected a strong force of darkness around Sleepywood and wanted me to look into Puppeteer. The problem is there's not a single agent currently assigned there, so he wanted me to gather up information from scratch by myself..." Have no clue what the "Puppeteer" is so can someone help me and tell me where to go, what to do?
