Sending tickets for Misconduct.

I have sent nexon a ticket for getting banned for misconduct lately, which is supposedly been happening to everyone lately. One problem, its still open after 4 days of sending it. Has anyone sent a ticket lately and gotten a quick reply? Note: I have sent a few tickets in the past regarding issues like this, so they may have put me on that damn block list.

mine is open since the 28th... most people who got answers were told they were getting advantage from a hacker, or they had been doing transaction with meso farmers or people who bought mesos... so if you did any kind of merchanting this can be the thing...
