okay, you have to drink water before eating. Because water makes you less hungry and it will make you poop. when you poop, you lose weight. :D and humm sugar is the devil, you have to ban it from your life, it actually makes you really fat. And fructose and lactose and all those crap too, you'll have to read the ingredients of your food before eating and if it contains one or both of those craps, do not eat it. Also, artificial stuff is no good for you. Go all the way with natural stuff, its really healthier. and go walk outside like everyday for like 1/2 hours ++++

i read from a basiler's guide: 1) Spot reduction You can not, I repeat, you can not lose fat from a specific part of your body by exercising that body part alone. Fat is burned from all over your body based mainly on genetics. If you want to lose fat just do cardio and eat right so im looking for a good answer

Cardio gets rid of body fat. ONLY way to get rid of body fat is cardio. (running, jogging, biking, swimming) Push ups work pecs, put arms closer for inner and further away for outer pecs. Bench press works pecs also. Google some more exercises and check how to properly do them.

(cardio) Try running, swimming jump roping, hiking, mountain climbing, walking A LOT of steps (thousands). Push ups help, too. Bench pressing. When bench pressing if you want to focus on your pecs, spread your arms out a lot. You'll feel a burn in your chest. You do not have to go all the way down the first couple of times if it hurts too much (OH GOD, the innuendo... lol). Secondly, just because you want to lose fat in two specific areas, do not hesitate to do other forms of exercise... So I still encourage you to do crunches, squats, umm whatever you can think of. yeah. EDIT: Yes, basketball is a form of cardio. I think mostly everything that has to do with getting your heart pumped up is cardio. Well, not everything, but many things are.

Mainly for the excersise" Anything that gets your heart pumping and breathing heavy for an extended period of time is considered cardio. So it really depends how you play the game. Best cardio excercise IMO is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Google it to learn more. |
