Has everyone forgotten about itcg problems which happened a while back? i dont believe those people and yes i am one them have been compensated yet its been quite a long time since i logged a couple tickets. Have you forgotten? and what have you loss?

a while back ago there was problems with itcg where by if you punched a code and took the item out of cash shop it didnt appear in your item inventory it happened to me and quite a number of people and i believe we havent been compensated yet
