because bishops are more powerful than arch mages in skeles.

Bishops are not supposed to have elemental wands/staves. They are for I/L and F/P mages only.

Nexon doesn't determine what kind of people play the game. We can fend for ourselfs just fine with a ele wand reduction.

Oh assholes eh? Why don't you go solo train while putting all points in your solo skills? Why don't you try to train by yourself? You get into parties and get the fastest exp in third job out of all jobs, and you can freaking sit on a rope spamming hs to get it, and you still want more.

The fact that the penalty didn't exist was a glitch. Glitches are meant to be fixed. What more needs to be said?

The ele wands/staffs weren't even made for Bishops in the first place.
